ORANGE TRAVEL IS WELCOME ALL GUESTS.  WE PROMISE YOU THAT WE WILL DO OUR BEST SO OUR GUESTS TO BE SAFE. OUR STAFF HAVE FOLLOWED THE SEMINARES AND GOT THEIR COVID-19 CERTIFICATES FROM THE MEDICAL SCHOOL OF CRETAN UNIVERSITY AND TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTIONS.

1. AT ARRIVAL POINT (AIRPORT) OUR STAFF WILL WELCOME GUESTS WEARING MASKS AND GLOVES. AT DESK THERE WILL BE AVAILABLE ANTISEPTICS AS WELL AS MASKS AND GLOVES. SURFACES WILL BE CLEANED REGULARLY.

2. GUESTS WILL BE REQUESTED TO KEEP THE DISTANCES IN ORDER THE DRIVER TO TAKE THEIR LUGGAGE AND GET ON BOARD.

3. AT BOTH DOORS OF BUS THERE WILL BE ANTISEPTICS, MASKS, TISSUES AND PLASTIC BAGS TO DROP THE WASTE.  CLIENTS ARE REQUESTED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THEIR REP.

4. DRIVER WILL HAVE A MASK ON AND GLOVES AND BEHIND THE DRIVER THERE WILL BE A PLEXIGLASS.

5. ACCORDING TO OUR GOVERNMENT PROTOCOLS OUR BUSES CAPACITY  UP TO NOW IS 65% SO THERE WILL BE SIGNS WHICH SEATS HAVE TO STAY EMPRTY  

6. BUSES WILL BE CLEANED EVERYTIME WE DROP OFF CUSTOMERS BEFORE WE GO ON TO NEXT TIMETABLE.

7. ONCE A WEEK BUSES WILL GO FOR COLD SPAY AND CERTIFICATE WILL SHOWN UPON REQUEST.

8. EVERY TWO WEEKS AIRCONDITION FILTERS WILL BE CHANGED AND CANALS WILL BE SPRAYED WITH ANTIBACTERIAL.

9. BY THE END OF THE SHIFT BUS WILL BE CLEANED AND BLITCHED (SURFACES, SEATS, FLOORS, WINDOWS  …).MATERIALS  AND LIQUIDS  ATHAT WILL BE USED OF CLEANING ARE ACCORDING AND APPROVED  BY NATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF MEDICINES.

10. CERTIFICATES OF OUR STAFF ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

11. CLIENTS ARE REQUESTED TO WEAR THEIR MASKS IN THE BUS AND KEEP THE DISTANCES AT THE OPEN SPACES AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF OUR ESCORDS FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY.

12. OUR STAFF HAS BEEN TRAINED AND INFORMED HOW TO RECOGNISE SUMPTOMS OF COVID-19. AND OUR OFFICE WILL TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ACCORDING TO THE RULES, FOLLOW DOCTORS INSTRUCTIONS.

Terms of participation to tours & transportation of “ORANGE TRAVEL“

1. ORANGE TRAVEL as coordinator and performer of his excursion program and transportation is not responsible for mistakes or omissions of his associates but has the obligation to solve problems the best possible way.

2. ORANGE TRAVEL has the right to cancel or change the tours due to force majeure, safety or insufficient participation.

3. Children who pay reduced ticket have the right to reserve a seat and food wherever is included. Infants can’t occupy a seat unless there is available.

4. Pets in their cases are allowed, flammable, hazardous are not allowed on bus.

5. NOT USED TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BUT ONLY CHANGE TO A NEW DATE.

6. Reasonable complains and comments on our questionnaire improves our service and will be replied within 2 days the latest.

7. Quests are requested to be on time to the pickup points and follow the instructions of escorts otherwise coordinator is not responsible for delays.

8. Coordinator is not responsible for loss of money or belongings during the tour and for damages to people or things by force majeure, acts terrorism, strikes or related causes and is not liable to pay any compensation.

9. Quests are requested to follow the worldwide precautions due to pandemic and listen to the escort instructions.

10. Acceptance of all above terms is completed with your signature.
